Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we can only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Return Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Free gifts or samples

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@velinva.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order.
